Werum to Host MES Event in China

On March 31, Bayer Technology & Engineering (Shanghai) [BTES] and Werum Software & Systems will host the PAS-X Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Day for the pharmaceutical industry in China.
This one-day MES conference gives guidance on the question "How to improve efficiency, quality, safety and regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical production".
BTES is Werum's exclusive partner for PAS-X MES marketing and project implementation in the Chinese market.
Highlights of the event at the Citigroup Tower in Shanghai will be two MES case study presentations: AstraZeneca will provide practical insights into the pharma MES installation in China which took place in its Wuxi site in the Jiangsu Province. Novartis will give an introduction into their full scope MES employment in Singapore and will share experiences on the day-by-day usage of MES software. An MES software live demonstration of Werum's Chinese language PAS-X will give participants a chance to get to know the functionality, as well as the look and feel of PAS-X.
The conference will include an overview of regulatory trends in China and an introduction to GAMP 5, the guideline for validation of computerized systems.
