SP Industries Offers Validation and Qualification Services

SP Industries has announced an expansion of capabilities. The company is able to provide the qualification, calibration, validation and maintenance of laboratory and production equipment such as freeze dryers, temperature control systems, washers, stability chambers, and more.
It provides documentation packages and undertakes validation / qualification of both new and existing equipment.
The company’s range of validation and qualification checks, prior to delivery of new equipment, covers functional/performance specifications; mechanical, software and hardware design specifications; IC & OC (installation & operational checks); testing of control system software and related hardware as well as site acceptance testing. A full set of life cycle documentation is provided with new equipment purchases.
SP Industries can also develop validation protocols for 21 CFR Part 11 qualification or to meet internal Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) requirements. Document sets are included when a qualification service is performed.
