Preventing Thermal Degradation in Samples

SampleGuard temperature control, available as an option on Genevac HT-Series evaporator systems, protects samples from overheating when evaporation is complete.
The technology eliminates the possibility of thermal degradation. Comprising two thermocouples and a sample temperature radio transmitter, the device provides real-time feedback, allowing accurate control of actual sample temperatures.
Its probes can measure temperature at any point in the sample holder. Either one or two probes can be used to determine end-of-run, enabling the system to be easily set for optimal performance and automatic shutdown.
