Freeze Drying Probe for Product Temperature Monitoring

The Virtis MVP Probe System from SP Industries is a freeze drying accessory that is designed to ensure reliable product temperature monitoring.

Designed to eliminate the difficult and awkward process of securing sensors in a freeze dryer vial, the probe system repeatedly places the thermocouple sensor at the optimal spot to reliably monitor product temperature. Using thin 30-gauge wire the system has been designed to provide a reduced thermal pathway to the product.

The probes are available from stock in a wide range of lengths to optimally operate with almost all commercial freeze dryer vials from 2 mL to 125 mL, with either 13 mm or 20 mm neck sizes.
