Daiichi Sankyo to Expand Business Scope in Japan
Daiichi Sankyo and Ranbaxy Laboratories have announced that the former will establish Daiichi Sankyo Espha Co on April 1, 2010. The new company will market generic drugs, as well as the former’s products.
Completing their strategic alliance in November 2008 to form the Hybrid Business Model, Daiichi Sankyo and Ranbaxy have been moving forward to fully leverage the model.
