ALA Forms Alliance with Peking University

The Association for Laboratory Automation (ALA) has announced an alliance with Peking University’s College of Engineering, Beijing, China. This alliance unites the two educational institutions in a travel exchange program fostering knowledge-sharing around the relationship between laboratory automation and engineering.

Peking University scientists will join ALA’s finalists from the latter’s LabAutomation2010 Innovation Award (up to 10 speakers) in presenting oral presentations at ACHEMAsia 2010, China National Convention Center, Beijing, in May 1-5, 2010.

ALA will host two elite graduate-level students from the university at LabAutomation2010 to present scientific research relative to laboratory automation. LabAutomation2010 is set for January 23-27, 2010, at the Palm Springs Convention Center, Palm Springs, CA, US.
