BTX Introduces Electroporation Solution

The BTXpress electroporation solution enhances gene transfer into mammalian cells transfected by electroporation. It is a single buffer solution that quickly and efficiently delivers genes into mammalian cells previously considered "hard-to-transfect" by chemical or other non-viral methods.

The solution supports the transfection of Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) or Small interfering Ribonucleic Acid (siRNA) into a range of cell lines while maintaining critical cell viability.

Combining the performance of the BTXpress electroporation buffer with the versatility of electroporation systems provides a solution to overcome the difficulties associated with transfecting mammalian cell lines.
