ACL Provides Insights on Pharma Logistics in China

China-based Airport City Development Company attended the LogiPharma Asia 2009 Conference, a pharmaceutical supply chain conference that was held in Singapore in December.

VP & GM, Ellen Hu delivered a keynote speech. She gave an overview of supply chain regulatory, process, and infrastructure issues faced by global pharmaceutical companies in China. She provided an introduction to the market and business environment and how global pharmaceutical companies can map out their strategic logistic centers.

Hu also gave recommendations on how to manage supply chain risk and cost for import & export of pharmaceutical products in China, and the government's plan for the development of the pharmaceutical supply chain in the country.
