Invitrogen has launched a comprehensive online resource for cell biology information and technology. The Cell Resource Center is a web portal that brings together educational resources and technologies for advancing cellular research. This web-based hub enables scientists to access a range of products and scientific resources for cell biology, from a single source.

The portal was designed through customer input, from more than 700 life scientists from around the world. It provides information highlighting the breadth of what can be accomplished in the laboratory with any given cell type, with information organized across technologies that support the cellular workflow. Researchers can also access information about various cell types, through links to useful technical information, third-party video protocols, published research, assays and reagents, as well as systems and devices for building workflows for their experiments.
