Japan, Germany Agree on Partnership Japanese Pharma MES Market

IT Engineering (IT&E), a leading Japanese provider of manufacturing solutions and services to the pharmaceutical industry, and Werum Software & Systems, a leading provider of manufacturing execution systems (MES) for the pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical industries, have recently announced a partnership for the Japanese market.
Based on the PAS-X PHARMA and PAS-X BIOTECH product lines, Werum designs and implements integrated paperless compliant solutions in accordance with Good Automated Manufacturing Practice/Food Drug Administration standards (GAMP/FDA standards) intended for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical production.
PAS-X optimizes the production process, improves product quality and process visibility, shortens batch release and product cycles and increases equipment efficiency. It is available in the Japanese language version, and has since been installed the largest paperless MES on the Japanese market. IT&E will give both local sales and technical support services for Werum's PAS-X software.
